Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to and use of PowerSEO, provided by Versalence Infocomm Pvt Ltd, Bengaluru, India (“Versalence”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By using PowerSEO at powerseo.dev or app.powerseo.dev, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

01The service

PowerSEO is a search and AI visibility intelligence platform. It can measure organic-search rankings, technical health, traffic and configured AI-answer visibility; organise findings into priorities; produce reports, recommendations and content drafts; support approved integrations; and record execution and outcome checks. Availability, coverage and freshness depend on connected sources, providers, plans and rate limits.

Reveble and other connected services are separate products. Any handoff or data exchange with them is optional and requires an authorised user action or approval.

02PowerSEO and Reveble

PowerSEO and Reveble are complementary products of Versalence. PowerSEO owns search and AI visibility intelligence, including rankings, technical health, AI-answer observations, opportunities, recommendations and outcome measurement. Reveble owns broader marketing operations such as paid media, social publishing, email, CRM workflows and cross-channel activation. PowerSEO does not require a Reveble account and does not become a general marketing operating system.

Where an approved connection is available, the products may exchange a mapped workspace, project or domain, relevant evidence, an approved action context and execution status. Each product keeps its own authentication, data stores, subscriptions and approval policies. A PowerSEO approval covers only the scoped PowerSEO action; it does not authorise Reveble to spend money, publish to another channel or run a broader campaign. Reveble must obtain any additional approval required for its downstream work.

Disconnecting the connection stops new cross-product requests and future event delivery, subject to security, legal and retention requirements. Neither a reported Reveble execution nor a returned URL guarantees a search or AI visibility improvement; only subsequent PowerSEO measurement determines that outcome.

03Accounts and workspaces

• Provide accurate information and keep account credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for assigning appropriate workspace roles.
• Workspace owners and authorised administrators control workspace access, connected sources, billing where applicable, exports and deletion requests.
• Tell us promptly at support@powerseo.dev if you suspect unauthorised access.

04Your content and permissions

You retain rights in the domains, content, data and other materials you submit or connect. You give Versalence a limited permission to host, copy, analyse, transform and transmit that material as necessary to provide PowerSEO, carry out your instructions and maintain security. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit or connect it.

You are responsible for reviewing recommendations, generated content and proposed changes before use. PowerSEO does not publish changes to your live properties without the applicable approval or instruction.

05Acceptable use

You must not use PowerSEO to break the law, infringe another person’s rights, access a workspace or integration without authorisation, upload malicious or unlawful material, abuse provider limits, probe or impair the service, or attempt to reverse engineer or circumvent security controls.

06Third-party services

PowerSEO may rely on third-party services, including hosting, authentication, analytics, search-data sources, AI providers and connected publishing or marketing systems. Their availability and output are outside Versalence’s control, and their terms, permissions and privacy notices apply to your use of them. You are responsible for maintaining the required authorisations and complying with those terms.

07Results and professional responsibility

Search rankings, AI answers, citations, traffic and other visibility signals can change without notice. PowerSEO provides measurement and decision support; it does not guarantee rankings, citations, traffic, leads, revenue or any particular business outcome. AI-generated or automated output may be incomplete or incorrect and must be reviewed by a qualified person before reliance.

08Fees, suspension and termination

Any applicable plan fees, usage limits, renewal terms and cancellation rules will be shown in an order, plan or other commercial agreement. We may suspend or limit access when necessary for security, non-payment, provider restrictions, legal compliance or a material breach. You may stop using PowerSEO and request account or workspace deletion; retention and deletion are handled under the Privacy Policy and any applicable customer agreement.

09Intellectual property

Versalence and its licensors retain all rights in PowerSEO, its software, design, documentation, trademarks and underlying methods. Subject to these Terms and any applicable plan, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for your internal business purposes. Feedback may be used to improve the service without transferring your ownership of submitted content.

10Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PowerSEO is provided on an “as available” basis and without warranties that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free or achieve a particular result. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Versalence will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

11Changes and governing law

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the revised Terms. These Terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to any mandatory rights or remedies available under applicable law. Courts having jurisdiction in Bengaluru, Karnataka will have jurisdiction unless applicable law requires otherwise.
