Privacy Policy
What PowerSEO collects, why, how long it is kept, and the choices workspace owners have.
This Privacy Policy explains how Versalence Infocomm Pvt Ltd, Bengaluru, India (“Versalence”, “we”, “us” or “our”) handles information in connection with PowerSEO — the website at powerseo.dev, the application at app.powerseo.dev, and the reports and related services they provide.
01Information we collect
- Account and contact information: name, email address, company or workspace details, authentication records and support communications.
- Workspace and project information: domains, keywords, competitors, content, prompts, campaign settings, reports, recommendations, implementation packages and approval records.
- Connected-source data: information retrieved from services you choose to connect, such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4 and other configured providers.
- Visibility and technical data: search rankings, AI-answer observations, citations, crawl findings, usage events, device and browser information, IP address, and security or audit logs.
- Integration credentials: OAuth tokens or API credentials needed for an enabled integration. We do not intentionally request sensitive personal information for visibility analysis.
02How we use information
We use information to provide and secure PowerSEO; measure search and AI visibility; produce reports, recommendations and content drafts; run approved integrations and controlled actions; maintain audit trails; provide support; improve reliability; prevent misuse; and meet legal obligations.
PowerSEO is designed around human review. Recommendations and generated content do not authorise changes to your live properties unless an authorised user approves the relevant action or workflow.
03How we share information
We do not sell personal information. We may share or disclose information only as needed to:
- operate PowerSEO through hosting, storage, authentication, analytics, AI, search-data and infrastructure providers;
- retrieve or send data to third-party services that you explicitly connect or instruct us to use;
- support an optional, approved handoff to a connected service such as Reveble;
- protect users, the service and the public, or comply with a lawful request or legal obligation; or
- support a corporate transaction, subject to appropriate confidentiality protections.
Those providers may process information in countries other than India. Their own terms and privacy notices may also apply.
04PowerSEO and Reveble
PowerSEO and Reveble are complementary products of Versalence. PowerSEO focuses on search and AI visibility intelligence — measurement, opportunities, recommendations and outcome verification. Reveble focuses on broader marketing operations, which may include paid media, social publishing, email, CRM workflows and cross-channel activation.
Each product remains independently usable. If you choose to connect them, PowerSEO may share only the workspace, project, domain, evidence and action context needed for the approved connection. Reveble may return an execution reference, published URL or status so PowerSEO can schedule or record a later visibility check. A connection is not automatic, does not grant access to unrelated workspaces, and may be disconnected by an authorised user.
PowerSEO’s measurements remain PowerSEO’s measurements. A Reveble execution record does not by itself prove a search or AI visibility improvement, and Reveble’s broader campaign or revenue reporting does not change PowerSEO’s scores.
05Your choices and rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access to, correction of or deletion of personal information, ask for a workspace export, withdraw an integration, or raise a grievance about our handling of information. Disconnecting an integration removes its stored credentials and stops future synchronisation, subject to limited retention required for security or law.
To make a request, contact support@powerseo.dev. We may need to verify your identity and workspace authority before completing a request.
06Retention and deletion
We retain information only for as long as needed for the purposes described here, contractual and operational needs, security, dispute handling and legal obligations. Current default controls include: activity logs for 90 days, SEO data for up to 2 years, exports for 30 days, and deleting workspaces for a scheduled purge period of up to 365 days unless an earlier purge is confirmed. Study reports and implementation packages remain with the workspace until its purge. These periods may be changed where law, security or a customer agreement requires it.
07Cookies and similar technologies
PowerSEO may use essential cookies or local storage for authentication, security, preferences and service operation. We may use limited performance or diagnostic technologies where needed to understand reliability. You can control cookies through your browser, although disabling essential storage may affect the application.
08Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, including encryption in transit and at rest where supported, hashed credentials, access controls, least-privilege integration access and audit logging. No service can guarantee absolute security. Please report suspected unauthorised access promptly to support@powerseo.dev.
09Children
PowerSEO is intended for business users and is not directed to children. Do not create an account or submit a child’s personal information without lawful authority.
10Changes and contact
We may update this policy as PowerSEO or applicable requirements change. We will post the revised version on this page and update the effective date above. Questions, requests and privacy grievances should be sent to support@powerseo.dev.
